Jewelry guide!
Easiest way is from the BigBadBosses, they all drop all 3 different non-pirate pieces (ring/medal/badge):

Non-Pirate
Lvl 6 jewels: Minotaur (double axe labyrinth lvl 3)
Lvl 7 jewels: King sea serpent (santa maria island)
Lvl 8 jewels: Caveman chieftain (madagascar cave)
Lvl 9 jewels: Golden buddha (semarang suburb)
Lvl 10 jewels: Shogun (edo shogun residence)

Pirate
Medal of silver eagle: Viking Lord

Both
"Land Tiger" jewels (best in the game): Guardian beast (imperial mausoleum lvl 2) OR Diamond safes (high-lvl flagships and raider bosses)

The can't move special effect starts at the ones from shogun. There's 2 other special effects: the 15 dmg per second for 10 second poison effect and the *critical hit* effect (doubles the dmg of a hit), those start at lvl 8 or 9 jewels.

For pirate jewels i think most high-lvl "minibosses" like Viking Lord drop a particular piece. For exemple viking lord drops a medal of silver eagle, and i heard poison dart goblins drop the lvl 7 pirate ring. But drop rates are terrible, much worse than the drop rates from the big bosses.

Pirates can also do the trade vouchers quests, but those take much too long to get, drop rate is pretty bad. It would weeks of boarding non-stop to get 1000 vouchers for the best vouchers ring, and that ring probably has the exact same stats as the one dropped from Shogun, just pirate instead of non-pirate.

So what i suggest is if you want to be a pirate, still get non-pirate jewelry from the big bosses. Turn non-pirate, equip the jewels and turn back to pirate. You'll be able to wear them as long as you don't remove them from your equipment.

land tiger is not the best in game their is also black skeleton or something like that..you need to kill like 5 ppl to use it...Also on Hurricane Island there is a boss called Rawn, he gives a jewel that is more rare then Landtiger and has better stats
